SPH Cycling 2011 Jersey designs have leaked!

Anonymous sources have leaked out SPH's 2011 jersey designs. They are only preliminary according to our source, but appear to be returning to the ridiculously awesome design of 2008 after the awesomely PRO looking ones of 2009-2010. The team is apparently taking suggestions (and will be placing an order on the 2009/10 version of things this week) and the design is very preliminary. Perhaps shorts designs will leak shortly....

While skiing, snowshoeing, and running on ice is fun... spring can't come soon enough. The Jawbones are all ready to go... the winter training has almost happened... bring on the gravel road races!

SPH Flagship

Eric the Red and Scraggs are fortunate enough to find gold! Gold in the form of an SPH Road Machine! They are slowly building it up as bits of silver and gold (parts) come trickling down the road side. I keep throwing my hand in there and put pieces on because well...what better things do I have to do...other than plunder and pillage. Soon we'll all have to have matching bikes and slowly take over the world.

Oakley Jawbone SPH Edition!!!

The new SPH Oakley Jawbones are in! We did a limited run for starters. Gosh do they look perty. We can get more instantly for you SPHer's who feel like you've missed out on an amazing opportunity to sport to most vibrant sunglasses known to man. Well enough chit-chat. Here is a picture of the first run.

But SPH hasn't been docked in the bay for the whole winter. 3/6ths of the team is enduring something ye landlubbers call "Biggest Loser". Which I think is always brought to you by Gladware or Gladtastic or McDonalds... I don't remember.

Anyways, the Asian Express, Scraggs and Blackbeard (along with their significant others) have started on a mission to drop a few pounds.

Wait a second... I know you are all asking yourselves... "SPH, but why oh why would you want to drop any fat off of those bones? Aren't you all studmuffins already?"

Well, yes we are. BUT that doesn't mean we can't improve ourselves just a little bit. The Dread Pirate Roberts was dangerous when he had a big boat, but when he got a sloop (or something else nautical sounding) is when he became famous. So... the goal is to take SPH to new levels of fun and competitiveness...

Blackbeard, for his part is dropping weight so there is a chance that he'll be able to climb with the Lar Dog and maybe beat Marcusman for one more year.

Some things that we're doing if you want to emulate your heros:

- eating a little better (ie not eating out EVERY night)

- running (slowly)

- hockey league

- cross country skiing

- snowshoeing

- trainer rides!

- stealing the booty
